Returns & Exchanges:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for a return; Ship the item back within 30 days of receiving your item

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• To request a cancellation, email us within 24 hours of purchase

• Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged; exact replacement of item cannot be guaranteed since each item is unique

• Some items will have warping and small cracks that are intended to be there as part of their unique wooden aesthetic

• Perfectly Imperfect items and items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
